The initiative particularly focuses on females pursuing Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), young folks with disabilities, refugees and displaced youth. The Program goals to strengthen the University of Rwanda’s institutional capability and foster inclusive, supportive pathways towards dignified work.

The program is recruiting students in chosen undergraduate packages for the tutorial yr 2025. Interested candidates will undertake their tutorial coaching on the University of Rwanda within the following 7 Colleges (College of Science and Technology, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Sciences, College of Business and Economics, College of Education, College of Arts and Social Sciences, and College of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences) working on 5 Campuses NYARUGENGE, HUYE, RUKARA, BUSOGO and NYAGATARE.

Requirements
