Eurostars Call for Projects – September 2025
What is Eurostars?
Eurostars is a joint programme of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs, co-funded by the European Union by Horizon Europe and collaborating nationwide funding our bodies.
It helps revolutionary SMEs and mission companions—together with massive corporations, universities, and analysis organisations—to hold out worldwide collaborative R&D and innovation initiatives. Projects might be in any technological or market space, so long as they intention to develop merchandise, processes, or providers which might be commercially viable and contribute to international competitiveness.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible:

Your mission should be led by an revolutionary SME from a Eurostars nation*
-
Your consortium should include a minimum of two impartial entities from a minimum of two Eurostars international locations, together with a minimum of one EU or Horizon Europe Associated Country
-
SMEs from Eurostars international locations should cowl 50% or extra of the entire mission price range (excluding subcontracting)
-
No single participant or nation can contribute greater than 70% of the entire price range
-
Projects will need to have a civilian application focus

Maximum mission length: 36 months

Eurostars funding is on the market in over 35 international locations together with:

Note: Cyprus and Israel are collaborating however do not have allotted budgets for this name.
