- Live in an EU Member State or EFTA nation (Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Lichtenstein) and have a robust connection to a border area;
- Are fluent in English (information of different EU languages is a robust asset);
- Have a real curiosity in European cooperation, border coverage, or native engagement;
