Louise Oriole Burevitch Endowment Grants
The North Carolina Community Foundation (NCCF) is happy to announce the 2025 grant cycle for the Louise Oriole Burevitch Endowment, a charitable fund devoted to uplifting communities throughout Eastern North Carolina.
Created to honor the legacy of Mrs. Louise Oriole “Mrs. B” Burevitch, a Wilmington-based philanthropist and advocate, this endowment continues her lifelong dedication to bettering lives in her beloved area. Since 2015, the endowment has awarded greater than $9 million in grants to important group initiatives.
In 2025, a complete of $500,000 can be awarded to eligible nonprofit organizations working to advance training, well being, and human providers throughout Eastern North Carolina.
What We Fund
The Burevitch Endowment focuses on supporting nonprofits whose applications create measurable group affect within the following precedence areas:
- Education: Enhancing academic alternatives and outcomes
- Health: Promoting more healthy communities and increasing entry to care
- Human Services: Improving important social providers and helps

Who Can Apply?
Nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply in the event that they:

Grant Amounts
