Position Details
- Two (2) totally funded, full-time PhD positions
- Employment: 100%
- Monthly wage & employment advantages
- Doctoral research: 80% analysis/coursework
- Teaching/administrative duties: 20%
- Location: Jönköping, Sweden
Research Focus Areas
PhD college students will be part of one of many following JIBS analysis centres:
Media, Management and Transformation Centre (MMTC):
- Media, know-how, and societal transformation
- Platform industries and buyer interactions
- Organizing for sustainability, range & inclusion
- Entrepreneurship in rising industries (AI, VR, and so forth.)
Centre for Family Entrepreneurship and Ownership (CeFEO):
- Family enterprise and possession governance
- Strategy and emotion in entrepreneurial life cycles
- Organizational objectives throughout possession types
Eligibility Requirements
- A second-cycle diploma (Master’s), accomplished or in progress
- Minimum 240 ECTS, together with 60 ECTS at Master’s degree
- At least 90 ECTS in Business Administration
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong motivation for worldwide tutorial analysis profession
Required Documents (All in English)
- Letter of intent (answering 3 questions: Why a PhD? Why JIBS? Why you?)
- Research proposal (max 3000 phrases) aligned with MMTC or CeFEO
- CV and tutorial transcripts
- Master’s thesis or govt abstract (if unfinished)
- One reference letter and contacts of two extra referees
- Optional: Prior publications or educating certificates
