Fidelis Care is proud to announce the 2025 Maternal Health Grant Program, offering funding to healthcare suppliers and community-based organizations throughout New York State. This initiative goals to improve postpartum care and enhance maternal psychological well being—particularly for underserved, high-need, and low-income populations.
