UN Women, in partnership with the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), invites functions from corporations in the Philippines to be a part of the first WEPs Corporate Action Lab (CAL) cohort targeted on “Accelerating Women’s Leadership in Technology.”

Why this Initiative?

The Philippines has made notable progress in gender equality, rating amongst Southeast Asia’s leaders in gender parity. However, girls’s illustration in govt roles—particularly in high-growth sectors like expertise—stays considerably low. Globally, girls occupy solely 12.4% of C-suite positions, and systemic limitations proceed to restrict their development.
