inSIG 2025 Fellowship – India School on Internet Governance


The India School on Internet Governance (inSIG) marks its tenth version in 2025. This prestigious program is hosted by the inSIG consortium, a collaboration of a number of Internet Society (ISOC) India Chapters together with Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Trivandrum, and BITS Pilani Goa Campus.

inSIG serves as a key platform for learners and professionals to discover web governance, digital coverage, rights, entry, safety, and different related world points. The 2025 version can be held on the scenic BITS Pilani Goa Campus, situated close to Dabolim Airport.

Fellowship Categories and Benefits

1. Indian Fellows (25 Seats)

  • Travel reimbursement as much as INR 10,000 upon submission of legitimate payments
  • Twin-sharing lodging
  • Meals throughout the occasion
  • Full waiver of inSIG occasion charges
  • One seat is reserved for a specially-abled participant

2. International Fellows (15 Seats)

3. Returning Fellows (inSIG Alumni)

Who Can Apply

Indian Fellows:
Any Indian citizen from authorities, intergovernmental organizations, non-public/enterprise sectors, civil society, media, academia, or technical communities who has an curiosity in or expertise with Internet Governance is eligible.

International Fellows:
Open to people from any nation with an curiosity in Internet Governance and digital coverage.

Application and Selection Process

  • Applications should be submitted through the APNIC Fellowship Management System (registration required).
  • Application Window: 18 June – 13 July 2025
  • Results Announcement: 25 July 2025
  • Applications can be reviewed based mostly on variety of stakeholder teams, gender, geography, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Local members from Goa will endure a separate choice course of.

Additional Information
