Community Led Climate Solutions – Round 3 Grants Now Open!
The Community Led Climate Solutions program is now accepting purposes for Round 3. This funding initiative helps not-for-profit organisations throughout distant, rural, and regional Australia to develop and ship native local weather motion initiatives. Grants can be found for initiatives that cut back emissions and deal with the impacts of local weather change by way of training, engagement, and implementation.
Funded by a coalition of donors, this system encourages community-led initiatives that generate constructive and sustainable environmental, social, and financial outcomes.
About the Funders
The Community Led Climate Solutions program is a collaborative initiative dedicated to enabling native responses to local weather change which can be simply, inclusive, and community-driven. It prioritizes initiatives that present long-term advantages to folks, locations, and the planet.
Available Funding Streams
Stream 1: Engage & Deliver Small Grants
- Up to $20,000
- Supports a variety of community-led local weather initiatives centered on training, engagement, and native motion
Stream 2: Scaling Grants
- From $20,001 to $75,000
- For present initiatives able to scale that alleviate socioeconomic drawback and construct native local weather resilience

Program Objectives
Projects should assist communities:
- Engage in local weather training and management
- Advance clear power, round economies, or decarbonisation
- Support simply transitions to low-carbon economies
- Adapt to local weather change in inclusive, sustainable methods
Stream 2 initiatives should additionally exhibit:
- Clear socioeconomic profit
- Strong group involvement and management

Eligibility
To apply, organisations should:
- Be a not-for-profit with an ABN or Incorporation Certificate
- Serve distant, rural, or regional communities in Australia
- Submit full monetary documentation and a reasonable mission finances
- Include a high-resolution photograph with the application

Note: Projects can’t be for core authorities obligations, sport/recreation alone, animal welfare, abroad journey, or particular person/non-public profit.
