How Are Winners Selected?

A committee of eminent scientists appointed by OWSD evaluates candidates based mostly on:

• Scientific high quality and originality of analysis

• Relevance to SDG 7

• Scientific publication report

• Contribution to group or scientific capacity-building

Four girls might be awarded—one from every OWSD area.
