Applications are open for the Yiaga Africa Young Women in Politics Organising Lab 2025. Yiaga Africa, in partnership with WILAN Global and with assist from GIZ, is happy to announce the ‘Young Women in Politics Organising Lab’ a management and organizing bootcamp designed to mobilize and assist younger ladies in politics with the talents and confidence to steer, mobilize, and marketing campaign successfully.

The Young Women in Politics Organising Lab will happen in Lagos, Nigeria, as a 2-day management and coaching camp. One of the important thing outcomes will probably be to strengthen the capability of younger ladies-led civil society organizations devoted to mobilizing and supporting younger ladies in politics. The Labs will encourage and educate contributors, equipping them with sensible information and organizing abilities to run efficient campaigns and construct actions round points that matter to them.

Following the Labs, contributors will type a group of younger ladies advocates, together with those that have efficiently navigated their political journeys. This community will encourage energetic participation in the electoral course of and promote curiosity in political engagement.

Eligibility

This program is designed for:

• Young feminine candidates contesting for legislative positions, feminine marketing campaign managers and younger feminine political celebration leaders.
• Young Women who’re aged 18 to 45 years by July 2025.
• Passionate about significant political participation.
• Women dwelling with disabilities are strongly inspired to apply.
