Applications are actually open for the 2025 Stanbic Bank Ghana Graduate Trainee Program. The Graduate Trainee Program of Stanbic Bank Ghana has been designed to construct capability and create a sustainable pipeline in our group by growing young, proficient, skilled professionals for our future. It is an intensive program and distinctive alternative for young people who find themselves resourceful and enthusiastic about constructing a fast-tracked profession and serving to us drive our success into the longer term.

Program Details

• The program spans over 24 months to equip contributors with the required post-qualification expertise in a number of disciplines inside the Bank.
• Graduates Trainees can be required to work in diverse work roles/ areas and contexts with growing ranges of complexity.
• The program would entail job rotations throughout chosen models inside the financial institution.

Requirements

• Ghanaian citizen aged 23–25 who has accomplished National Service.
• Type of Qualification: Minimum Second-Class Upper Honours with a GPA of not lower than 3 in any course from an accredited University.
• Field of Study: Business Administration/Economics/Actuarial Science/ Statistics/ Data Analytics
