Vision and Values
This name echoes the message of Laudato Si’: that ecological degradation is deeply intertwined with social injustice and religious disconnection. As Pope Francis emphasised, “the cry of the Earth and the cry of the poor” should be addressed collectively.
Inspired by this imaginative and prescient and the teachings of Chiara Lubich, the Seed Funding Program invites younger changemakers to answer native challenges with daring, soul-driven options.
“What is missing is not technical or economic resources, but an extra soul — a new love for humanity that makes us feel responsible for one another.” – Chiara Lubich
