About the PhD Project

Despite the rising consideration to gender-related violence—together with essentially the most excessive type, femicide—systematic analysis stays restricted. Host Institution

You shall be primarily based at the Research Group Violence & Violence Prevention at ISGA, part of the Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs (FGGA). FGGA addresses essential international challenges via interdisciplinary training and analysis. The group employs various methodologies and attracts from fields reminiscent of sociology, psychology, criminology, public well being, and anthropology.

Eligibility Criteria

This place is right for a candidate who:

  • Holds a (Research) Master’s in Criminology, Sociology, Gender Studies, Psychology, Public Health, Crisis & Security Management, or a associated discipline.

  • Has wonderful command of English and Dutch.
