Research Grants on Knowledge Translation 2025–2026: Call for Applications

Preference will likely be given to initiatives contributing to:

• Epidemic/outbreak preparedness
• Control of infectious ailments of poverty
• Health impacts of local weather change
• Combatting drug resistance

Who Can Apply?

Researchers should:

• Work in an LMIC-based establishment (public well being physique, college, NGO, and many others.)
• Demonstrate expertise in data translation or evidence-informed coverage work
• Submit proposals in English

Collaborations with high-income nation establishments are welcome.

Evaluation & Selection

• All proposals are screened for eligibility
• Minimum 5 specialists will evaluation every eligible application
• Ethical approval is obligatory for closing funding

Funding Structure

Grants of as much as $20,000 will likely be disbursed in three phases:

• By finish of 2025: $10,000 for planning, ethics approval, protocol improvement
• By finish of 2026: $8,000 for implementation, reporting, and dissemination
• Final tranche: 10% post-project completion and submission of technical & monetary reviews
  Project Duration: Up to fifteen months (Final reviews due 30 January 2027)
