Eligibility Requirements
Applicants for the Humphrey Fellowship should meet all the following standards:

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree;
• Have 5 (5) years of considerable skilled expertise of their discipline;
• Be mid-career professionals with demonstrated management qualities and a report of public service;
• Have administration or coverage duties
• Be fluent in English.
