RMI Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship 2025 – YOA

Applications are open for the RMI Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship 2025. Launched by RMI’s Energy Transition Academy (ETA), the fellowship helps girls leaders in the Global South to develop their technical, management, and strategic capacities in clear vitality. The inaugural cohort—delivered in partnership with native and international actors, together with AMP—will kick off in June 2025.

The fellowship gives:

• Technical Training on distributed vitality sources and native enterprise fashions
• Project Management abilities, together with danger mitigation, procurement, and finance
• Group Mentorship with girls vitality leaders from throughout sectors
• Peer Networking with different passionate girls throughout the area
• Capstone Project to develop a clear vitality coverage, initiative, or technique in your nation

Leadership Accelerator

Select fellows might be invited to a 3-day in-person management workshop in November 2025. This superior coaching will give attention to palms-on management abilities for girls main clear vitality initiatives or shaping coverage. A separate choice course of will happen in the course of the fellowship.

Eligibility

They are in search of early to mid-profession girls who:

• Are presently engaged on clear vitality initiatives or insurance policies in Nigeria, Ethiopia, or Zambia;
• Are captivated with management, innovation, and social affect in the vitality house;
• Want to develop their community and drive significant change in their communities.
