Applications at the moment are open for the 2025 Global Diversity Foundation (GDF) Conservation and Communities Fellowship. An on-line and in-person programme for Global South leaders and organisations working on the frontline of conservation. The Fellowship is a 7-month, on-line and in-person programme for 24 community-based conservation leaders from the Global South. It is a novel studying expertise designed to develop your mentoring, management and sensible data and abilities, and to construct a long-lasting group of follow. The CCF will strengthen your capability and that of your organisation in fundraising, venture design and analysis.

Requirements

• The Fellowship is open to candidates from the Global South who’re leaders in native civil society or grassroots organisations whose work focuses on the intersection of biodiversity conservation and group livelihoods. 
• Successful candidates shall be extremely motivated people who present dedication to bringing about optimistic change and who can show their management potential and functionality. They are capable of critically assess their private and organisational challenges, and are able to clearly articulating their studying necessities and wants.

Fellows will obtain coaching, facilitation and peer assist in 4 streams: 

• Mentoring, led by The Human Edge, trains fellows in the artwork of mentoring to boost their administration and relationship-building by way of a technique of particular person and relational development.
