Applications at the moment are open for the 2025 ProgressAfrica Entrepreneur Support Organisations (ESO) Uplift Programme. ESO Uplift Programme is a element of the Social and Impact Entrepreneurship (SIE) Project co-funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), carried out
by ProgressAfrica in collaboration with the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation(DRK) and the Amahoro Coalition. This transformative initiative goals to strengthen Entrepreneur Support Organisations (ESOs) throughout Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Ghana, and Egypt, driving sustainable growth in Africa.

This programme is designed to equip 45 Entrepreneur Support Organisations by offering them
with the mandatory instruments to develop efficient and impactful programmes to help impression enterprises over the subsequent 4 years.

The programme is designed to evaluate your present set-up, take inventory of your actuality, inside
and exterior, after which assess and redesign your providing to entrepreneurs. The programme will
then help you in your efforts to mobilise your ecosystem, entry sources, attain the precise

The programme is structured as follows:
Initial evaluation of actuality and programme redesign:

  • 6 digital workshops from late July to late September
  • 1-on-1 follow-up classes after every workshop from early August to mid-October

  • 1-on-1 programme design advisory classes
  • Resource & ecosystem mobilisation help
  • Access to on-line sources for content material, instruments, methods and template growth

  • Monthly progress check-ins

Eligibility standards
Organisations involved in making use of should meet the next standards:
