Eligibility & Requirements by Program Level
For Bachelor’s Degree Applicants
- Never beforehand obtained a level at this degree
- Valid id doc or refugee certificates
- High college completion certificates with transcript (minimal common grade: “Good”)
- Motivational essay (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- One advice letter out of your college or employer
- Medical certificates (common health & HIV/AIDS take a look at)

- Optional: Letter of Invitation from a Kazakh college.
For Master’s Degree Applicants
- First-time applicant at Master’s degree
- Bachelor’s diploma with GPA ≥ 3.0 / 4.0
- Motivational essay (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- Two advice letters
- Valid id doc
- Notarized educational transcript with translation (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- Health certificates (common & HIV/AIDS)
- Language proficiency certificates (until earlier research had been in the identical language)

For PhD Applicants
- First-time applicant at doctoral degree
- Master’s diploma with GPA ≥ 3.0 / 4.0
- Valid id doc
- Motivational essay (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- Two advice letters
- Academic transcript & notarized translations
- Health certificates (common & HIV/AIDS)
- Language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, DSH, DELF, and so forth.)
- Research proposal in Kazakh, Russian, or English
- Optional: Letter of Invitation from a Kazakh college.
