Applications are actually open for the 2025 Resilience Youth Network Summer Fellowship, a digital, free, and globally inclusive program geared toward empowering youth to handle local weather change, catastrophe threat discount, and communication.
The Resilience Youth Network Fellowship program is a five-week summer time Fellowship for incoming juniors and seniors in highschool throughout the United States, Latin America and South Asia. Fifteen Fellows will likely be chosen for the Fellowship program from the United States and Latin America, and 5 from South Asia. In addition to attending a collection of lectures by local weather practitioners who’re Topic Experts, Fellows will full a Capstone Project for publication.

Location & Time Commitment

- Time Commitment: Just 2–3 hours per week!
Fellows are anticipated to dedicate two hours to Fellowship conferences every week, and a further hour to their Capstone Project. Each assembly will embody a twenty minute matter overview. This lecture will present a broad introduction to a selected local weather challenge, together with its impacts and options. These lectures aren’t meant to be complete, and will likely be adopted by an hour lengthy visitor presentation by one to 2 matter specialists, and Fellow-led dialog.
Working in teams of four, Fellows will lead two discussions with Topic Experts. Fellows will every put together 4 inquiries to ask Topic Experts after displays.
