Applications are actually open for the 2025 RMI’s Energy Transition Academy (ETA) Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship Program. Building on its dedication to accelerating the vitality transition by constructing girls’s management throughout the Global South, RMI’s Energy Transition Academy (ETA) is happy to launch its Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship program, with the primary providing starting this June in Nigeria, Ethiopia and Zambia.

Delivered in partnership with native and world companions together with the Africa Minigrids Program, the fellowship goals to catalyze an inclusive and equitable clear vitality workforce. RMI invites girls captivated with main change in clear vitality to apply for and share RMI’s Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship!

Programme Details
This 5-month digital fellowship beginning June 16, 2025 will present:  

• Technical coaching in distributed vitality assets (DERs) 
• Applied management and venture administration expertise 
• Mentorship from world vitality leaders 
• A capstone venture to advance real-world influence 
• An alternative to be chosen to attend an in-person Leadership Accelerator in November 2025 

Requirements

• Early and mid-career girls leaders engaged on clear vitality initiatives in Nigeria, Ethiopia, or Zambia.

Timeline and dedication

The fellowship is open for 50 girls and takes place on-line for five months ranging from June sixteenth, 2025, with a mixture of asynchronous studying and biweekly reside classes of 1.5 hours every. Total month-to-month time dedication from June to October 2025 is anticipated to be round 15 hours.
