Applications are actually open for the 2026 Ashesi-ETH Master in Mechatronic Engineering Scholarship Program. Since January 2022, Ashesi University in Ghana and ETH Zurich have been providing a joint Master’s programme in Mechatronic Engineering. 40 college students from 7 African nations are at present learning at Ashesi University. A 3rd cohort has been chosen and can begin their research in 2024. The programme is delivered in block programs developed and taught in tandem by college from each universities. 

The programme is based on a powerful partnership between Ashesi University, ETH Zurich, trade and supporting companions. This collaboration is maintained by means of common visits and exchanges.

Admission Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Mechanical, Process and Mechatronics Engineering
• Second Class Upper or higher
• Proficiency in English
