Applications are open for the JASS Global Movement Builders’ School 2025. ASS (Just Associates) is thrilled to announce the decision for functions for its first-ever Global Movement Builders’ School, going down in South Africa from October 30 to November 2, 2025.

If you might be an activist, organizer, educator, artivist, or advocate dedicated to driving social change, this invitation is for you. Join a robust, in-individual, 4-day intensive expertise designed to sharpen technique, deepen collective evaluation, and picture transformative futures.

About the Global Movement Builders’ School

At a time of profound political, social, and financial shifts worldwide, actions should come collectively to rethink technique, renew solidarity, and collectively reimagine new potentialities for justice and liberation. The Global Movement Builders’ School will convene 50 dynamic motion builders from around the globe for a shared journey of reflection, studying, and collective motion.

Participants will interact in vital discussions, inventive processes, and strategic classes centered on:

• Understanding and analyzing the evolving political panorama.
• Sharpening methods to confront systemic oppression.
• Deepening collective information of energy, resistance, and alter-making.
• Building cross-motion solidarity and imagining transformative futures.

This gathering will likely be rooted in JASS’s dedication to feminist motion constructing, centering the experiences, insights, and management of activists from the Global South and marginalized communities worldwide.

Cost

• JASS will cowl all prices (flight, transit, lodging, meals) for individuals. For these from organizations with bigger budgets, they are going to ask for a % contribution to assist defray prices.

Eligibility

They are in search of a various group of roughly 50 individuals from around the globe who:

• Have not less than 5 years of expertise in organizing or advocating for social change;
• Play a management position in a social change group, community or group group;
• Are keen to have interaction and be taught with others throughout points, borders and identities;
• Are dedicated to bringing about social transformation that’s liberating, feminist and decolonial;
• Are all in favour of integrating a motion oriented and ecosystem strategy of their work for social change;
• Want to deepen their understanding of energy – each the techniques we’re up towards and the facility we will construct collectively;
• Are able to rethink methods and have interaction in cross-motion collaboration;
• Are dedicated to integrating the educational from the varsity into their ongoing social change work.
