Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the Taiwan Fellowship 2025, candidates should be:

• Foreign nationals (non-Taiwanese residents)
• Professors, affiliate or assistant professors, postdoctoral researchers, or doctoral candidates
• Enrolled in or affiliated with an instructional establishment overseas
• Engaged in fields associated to social sciences or humanities, with analysis matters centered on:
  • Taiwan
  • Cross-strait relations
  • Mainland China
  • Asia Pacific area
  • Sinology.
