Dale Dauphinee Award for Excellence in Medical Education was named in recognition of Dr. Dauphinee’s a few years of service as the chief director and registrar. Application

• Each college of medication is requested to submit formal letters of nomination outlining how a trainee has demonstrated excellence in medical schooling throughout their coaching and why they need to be thought of.
• Each college can solely nominate one medical pupil and one resident for this award, for a complete of two nominations. As such, they encourage every college to debate the nominations internally.
• The letter of nomination can come from the dean, affiliate/vice-deans of undergraduate or postgraduate Medical Education, program director and/or college member. The nominee’s curriculum vitae can also be required and have to be formatted in 11-level font or bigger and shouldn’t exceed three pages in size.
