Applications are open for the BFN Black Career Advancement Program (BCAP) 2025. The Black Founders Network (BFN) Black Career Advancement Program (BCAP) supplies tailor-made employment readiness assist to equip Black youth with the mandatory abilities and data for numerous profession pathways and fill hiring gaps dealing with the Black-led corporations within the ecosystem.

This program is delivered in partnership with the Federation of Black Canadians and is supported, in part, by the Ministry of Citizenship & Multiculturalism and their Black Youth Action Plan (BYAP) which works in the direction of eliminating systemic, race-based mostly disparities by rising alternatives for Black youth throughout the province.

Participants can select from three in-demand profession tracks:

• Software Development
• Digital Marketing
• UI/UX Design

Eligibility

• Be between 18 and 35 years outdated.
• Identify as Black or of African descent.
• Be legally licensed to work in Canada.
• Have primary laptop literacy and a robust willingness to be taught.
• Be in a position to commit 10–15 hours per week for the total 12 weeks.
• Be prepared to indicate up, develop, and construct one thing nice.
