Applications at the moment are open for the 2025 MTN-National Employment Fund (FNE) Internship Program. To mark its twenty fifth anniversary, MTN Cameroon, in partnership with the National Employment Fund (FNE), is launching an exclusive 2-year internship program for 25 young Cameroonian graduates. This initiative displays MTN’s dedication to selling youth employment and advancing careers in digital and telecommunications.

Requirements

• Applicants should be registered with the FNE and maintain levels in one of many following fields:

Service Activation

• BTS/DUT in IT, Telecommunications, or Software Development
• Bachelor’s diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Management
• A certificates in telecoms or provisioning is a plus

Compliance, Quality & Controls

• Bachelor’s diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Technical certifications accepted

Service Assurance

• Bachelor’s diploma (Bac+3) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or associated fields

Digital Services

• Bachelor’s diploma in Software Development, IT, Marketing, or Communication
