Eligibility

• Startup have to be lower than 3 years previous;
• Must be tech-enabled (not only a web site);
• Must have launched a product in the market with demonstrable traction (energetic customers and/or income);
• Must have raised lower than $1M in exterior capital;
• Must have excessive development potential and scalability;
