Apply Now – Shiraka Training Programme 2025: Ecosystem for Entrepreneurs

Are you a civil servant or entrepreneur working to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Egypt or Oman? The Shiraka Training Programme 2025 is now accepting functions for its Ecosystem for Entrepreneurs course—an enriching, internationally-connected studying expertise designed to spice up entrepreneurship ecosystems within the MENA area.

This skilled growth alternative is part of the MENA-Netherlands Partnership, supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and carried out by The Hague Academy for Local Governance. The program helps data change and collaborative innovation between the Netherlands and MENA nations.

Who Should Apply?

You’re invited to apply if:

• You’re from Egypt or Oman

• You have 5–10 years of related expertise in entrepreneurship growth or public sector management

• You’re trying to collaborate internationally, develop actionable methods, and improve native entrepreneurial environments

• You have intermediate English expertise (dwell Arabic interpretation supplied)

What Will You Gain?

Participants will:

• Understand ecosystem fashions and stakeholder roles

• Learn in regards to the Dutch entrepreneurship ecosystem

• Explore feminine entrepreneurship and enabling coverage environments

• Develop a Back Home Action Plan (BHAP) tailor-made to your context

• Visit main Dutch innovation establishments like InnovationQuarter, RDM Campus, and Startup in Residence

• Earn a certificates of participation

Course Format & Timeline

The program runs in 4 phases throughout Egypt, Oman, the Netherlands, and on-line:

• Online Training: June 3–20, 2025

• In-Country (Egypt): September 7–11, 2025

• In-Country (Oman): September 14–18, 2025

• Training within the Netherlands: November 25 – December 3, 2025

• Closing Event: March 2026 (in each Egypt and Oman)

Participants will obtain teaching between modules and are anticipated to have good digital entry and fundamental tech expertise.

Costs

• Egyptian members: Fully funded (journey, visa, lodging, tuition, meals)

• Omani members: Tuition, insurance coverage, and lodging funded. International journey and visa prices coated by participant.
