The fifty-ninth session of the International Law Seminar will happen at the United Nations Office at Geneva in reference to the seventy-sixth session of the International Law Commission (ILC). The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) has organized the International Law Seminar (ILS) yearly since 1965, held over a 3-week interval together with the annual session of the International Law Commission (ILC).

The ILS is particularly designed for postgraduate college students, rising students, authorities officers, and younger practitioners in the subject of worldwide regulation. The objective of the Seminar is to reinforce individuals’ understanding of the work of the International Law Commission, in addition to the codification and progressive growth of worldwide regulation.
