Applications are open for the FutureBUILDS NEXT Fellowship Program 2025. FutureBUILDS NEXT is a free Fellowship for Emerging Black Leaders in Non-Profit Housing funded by the Government of Canada’s Future Skills Centre and developed by Monumental.

Eligibility

• Applicants establish as Black 
• Applicants are between the ages of 18 to 32
• Applicants have demonstrated management expertise in Toronto’s numerous Black communities
• Applicants can establish how a deeper understanding of the non-revenue housing sector will profit their profession journey and work inside Black communities
• Applicants are prepared to decide to a minimal of two.5 hours every week to develop their information of non-revenue housing and growth. This consists of:
