Eligibility

Open to:

• Public authorities and establishments from eligible nations (creating nations, Parties to the 2005 Convention).
• Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from eligible nations (creating nations, Parties to the 2005 Convention).
• International non-governmental organizations (INGOs) registered in nations Parties to the 2005 Convention.

The IFCD invests in initiatives that lead to structural change by way of:

• The introduction and/or elaboration of insurance policies and mesures which have a direct impact on the creation, manufacturing, distribution of and entry to a variety of cultural expressions, together with cultural items, providers and actions;
• The reinforcement of human and institutional capacities of public sector and civil society organizations, deemed crucial to help viable native and regional cultural industries and markets in creating nations.
