Are you a younger chief keen about driving change in your neighborhood? Do you need to develop your management, coverage advocacy, and governance abilities whereas engaged on impactful neighborhood initiatives? Applications are open for the African Jewels Development Initiative (AJDI) Plateau Emerging Leaders Fellowship (PELF) 2025.

This six-month intensive management improvement program will equip 34 younger leaders (two from every of Plateau State’s 17 Local Government Areas) with the data, abilities, and networks essential to affect insurance policies, drive sustainable improvement initiatives, and implement options for neighborhood transformation.

Benefits

Eligibility

To be eligible for the fellowship, candidates should:

• Be between the ages of 20 and 35 years;
• Have a minimal tutorial qualification of a Bachelor’s diploma or present pupil;
• Be an indigene of Plateau State, Nigeria;
• Demonstrate a observe document of management or neighborhood engagement;
• Show dedication to coverage affect, governance, and sustainable improvement;
