About the Program
TAGDev 2.0 is a partnership between:
- The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM)
- Mastercard Foundation
- The Global Confederation of Higher Education Associations for Agricultural and Life Sciences (GCHERA)
- 12 main African universities.
This second part of the TAGDev initiative continues to concentrate on revolutionizing agricultural schooling throughout the continent by supporting universities and TVET establishments in producing expert graduates who can lead innovation in agriculture and agri-meals methods.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the next standards:
- Be a younger African below the age of 35
- Interested in pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s diploma in Agriculture or associated fields
- Strongly inspired to apply:
- Refugees
- Asylum seekers
- Internally displaced individuals (IDPs)
- Persons with disabilities
- Women and women.
