Traineeship Details

traineeship of up to 6 months inside the Political, Press and Information Section of the EU Delegation to the Republic of South Africa, beginning in June 2025.

The traineeship will probably be primarily based in the Political, Press and Information Section. It will contribute to the Delegation’s work on EU – South Africa relations in the respective thematic area. The trainee can even work along with colleagues in the different Sections of the EU Delegation, as related and acceptable.

Main duties:

  • Analyse the present and foreseen dynamics of EU/South Africa partnership.
  • Monitor political developments in SA and SA overseas affairs, and contribute to drafting political studies underneath the steering of the workers of the part.
