DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES I. Background The Subregional Office for Eastern Africa (SRO-EA) of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, in collaboration with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), is supporting four African Least Developed Countries (LDCs) which are pre-qualified to graduate from LDC standing, aiming to boost their prospects of reaching commencement with momentum.
