Summer Scholars Fellowship 2025 – Opportunities for Youth

The Search Institute is happy to launch its 2025 Summer Scholars Fellowship! The Fellowship is a digital, three-month paid alternative for doctoral college students to have interaction in utilized analysis. The purpose of this fellowship is to broaden the pathway into utilized analysis, particularly for students traditionally underneath-represented in analysis. Scholars will obtain mentorship from Search Institute researchers, interact in utilized analysis centered on constructive youth growth, and translate analysis into related instruments, sources, or different public-going through merchandise. The Search Institute will fund as much as 4 students in 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

• Current enrollment in a doctoral program (e.g., PhD, PsyD, EdD) in a social science area associated to Search Institute’s mission (e.g., psychology, human growth, training, social work, public well being, or one other associated scientific self-discipline). “Current enrollment” consists of doctoral college students who’re of their first 12 months or later as of January 2025. Students who won’t enroll in a doctoral program till the autumn of 2025 aren’t eligible to apply.
