Innovate for Impact Challenge: Transforming Agriculture Through AgTech Innovation

The World Food Prize Foundation, in collaboration with America’s Cultivation Corridor, presents the Innovate for Impact Challenge, a world initiative designed to speed up agricultural expertise innovation. This problem helps early-stage, technology-driven startups that deal with essential challenges in international meals safety and sustainability.

Who Can Apply?

The problem is open to early-stage, for-profit startups within the AgTech house that:

• Are within the early levels of growth, from validated ideas to pre-Series A funding
• Have at the least one founder working full-time on the venture
• Demonstrate innovation, market potential, and alignment with sustainability objectives

What’s at Stake?

Selected startups will compete for:

• First Place: $50,000
• Second Place: $10,000
• Third Place: $5,000

All finalists will:

• Present their options on the 2025 Borlaug Dialogue in Des Moines, Iowa, an occasion internet hosting over 1,500 international meals and agriculture leaders from greater than 70 nations
• Gain publicity to buyers, business specialists, policymakers, and potential companions

Evaluation Criteria

Startups will probably be judged on:

• Innovation Impact – The novelty and significance of the answer
• Market Potential – Viability and demand inside the agricultural business
• Sustainability Contribution – Alignment with environmental and social objectives
