Applications are open for the Girls Accelerating Sustainable Action (GASA) Competition 2025. The “I AM GASA” (Girl Accelerating Sustainable Action) is an initiative that goals to empower younger girls (ages 15-32) to speed up sustainable motion, sustainable motion and emerge as leaders of their communities.

The I AM GASA Competition is looking on younger girls and women from round Africa to showcase their tasks aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a concentrate on environmental sustainability, neighborhood improvement, and ladies’s empowerment.

Award

They will honor the highest 4 individuals with the next prizes:

• 1st Place: $400, 1:1 mentorship periods with an esteemed skilled, and a pair of media publication options (native and worldwide).
• 2nd Place: $300 and 1:1 mentorship periods with an esteemed skilled.
• third Place: $200 and 1:1 mentorship periods with an esteemed skilled.
• 4th Place: $100 and recognition certificates.

Eligibility

• Open to younger girls aged 15–32 from numerous backgrounds in Africa.

Requirements

• Participants should submit a 2-minute video showcasing their sustainable motion undertaking or thought.
• Videos ought to deal with points associated to environmental sustainability, neighborhood improvement, or gender equality.

Judging Criteria
