Applications are open for the Global Fellows in Courage (GFiC) Accelerator Program 2025. Global Fellows in Courage (GFiC) is a 6-month accelerator program (through Zoom) designed for social entrepreneurs aged 25-35 who are working to advocate for human rights and gender justice. The mission of the fellowship program is to assist rising leaders drive daring and brave social change, enhance their effectiveness, and advance their missions all through the world.

The Center for Human Rights & Humanitarian Studies (CHRHS) at Brown University is the tutorial companion of the Global Fellows in Courage program. CHRHS helps this system by growing a complete curriculum targeted on management, organizational improvement, and modern human rights points. The Center engages distinguished college from Brown University to lead classes and share their experience.

Benefits

GFiC believes in the ability of data and networks, and entry to sources and goals to equip Fellows with:

  • Concepts: Fellows achieve entry to a web based curriculum and meet twice month-to-month through Zoom.
  • Cohort: Fellows achieve entry to a world neighborhood of human rights leaders. They stay engaged as alumni of each GFiC and the Brown University’s Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies.
  • Connections: Fellows achieve entry to GFiC’s international community of specialists who help the development of their mission and influence.
  • GFIC Stipend: Each Fellow will obtain a $2,500 stipend upon profitable completion of this system, acknowledging their dedication, energetic participation, and dedication to the fellowship.
  • GFiC grant Program: Upon Successful completion, Fellows are eligible to apply for up to $10,000 to help progress on their tasks.
  • Certificate: Fellows obtain a certificates of completion from GFiC and Brown University Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies.

Eligibility

The program is designed for rising leaders who’ve demonstrated management expertise and extraordinary potential. Ideal candidates have already made an influence in human rights advocacy by way of entrepreneurship, showcasing a powerful monitor file of success and the potential to obtain rather more. A robust command of English language is required. They will recruit 45 Fellows in 2025.

  • Applicants are between the ages of 25 and 35, with exceptions attainable.
  • A minimal of three years of expertise in human rights advocacy, activism, neighborhood organizing, or social entrepreneurship.
  • Demonstrated engagement in Gender Justice or associated areas.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary.
