The Hogans Fellowship is a year-long, D.C.-based program designed to equip rising public affairs leaders from various backgrounds with the expertise, coaching, and mentorship wanted to develop and maintain a profitable profession in public affairs.
Inspired by Mack Hogans, a legacy company government and the Public Affairs Council’s first Black board chair, this fellowship fosters management improvement {and professional} progress by way of structured coaching, networking, and mentorship alternatives.
Program Information
Program Requirements:
To efficiently full the Hogans Fellowship, individuals should:
- Attend 4 in-person skilled improvement occasions, together with the necessary orientation on May 8, 2025, from 1:00–4:00 PM ET in Washington, D.C.
- Engage with a Mentor Leader on a quarterly foundation (at minimal).
- Complete 10 hours of Public Affairs Council skilled improvement programming, together with workshops and webinars.
