Applications are actually open for the 2025 German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) 32nd International Leadership Workshop. The BMEL’s worldwide cooperation with companions from governments, associations, the scientific group and civil society is characterised by open and vital dialogue. Cooperative actions are primarily based on the sustainability objectives contained within the 2030 Agenda, selling girls and youth, integrating marginalised teams, and selling Opportunities for civil society participation and multilateralism.

The BMEL has been organising the International Leadership Workshop for Rural Youth since 1962. The 32^nd seminar will probably be held in Herrsching (Bavaria) from 14 to 27 August 2025 underneath the motto “Sharing Skills – Shaping Change”.

The seminar is geared toward leaders and multipliers across the globe who’re in positions of duty within the area of youth work or vocational coaching in rural areas. They are position fashions of integrity, audacity, persuasiveness and consistency.

Program Details

• The seminar is designed as a workshop and requires your pro-active enter. 
• You will study management expertise and implementation methods and develop your individual private motion plan. 
• Participants should be proficient in at the least one of the three convention languages – German, English and French.

Logistics

• The organiser will bear the bills for lodging, catering, working paperwork and the excursions included within the programme. Accommodation could also be offered in double rooms.
• The bills for journey to and from the occasion in addition to visa and administrative charges should be coated by the members themselves or by their organisations/employers.
