Applications at the moment are open for the 2025 LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Development Programme. Nigerian youths are pressed for motion and keen to guide and create change. However, there are questions on whether or not they have all of the information and expertise required to achieve such positions. Do they’ve the suitable fashions to comply with? Participants of the YLDP undergo self-paced programs developed on the programme’s three pillars: management, energetic citizenship and neighborhood/sustainable growth group mentorship classes with professional social innovators and alter makers who will information them as they implement impactful change tasks, inter-school debates on nationwide points, funded neighborhood change tasks, and digital studying classes to develop their mindsets and equip them to be the change brokers the nation wants.

Requirements

1. Participants have to be between 18-35 years of age
2. Participants have to be undergraduate college students at any tertiary establishment in Nigeria
3. Participants have to be out there to take part within the programme for the 5-month interval
4. Participants should decide to a minimum of 85% whole participation within the programme
5. Participants will need to have a working cell phone/private laptop and entry to secure web always throughout the programme
6. Participants should present proof of studentship on the claimed tertiary establishment (course kind for the present session/ID Card)
7. Participants have to be open to journey at any stage of the programme (cautious issues are made in order that contributors don’t miss out considerably from educational actions)
8. All contributors admitted into the programme after finishing the functions should bear the ten obligatory digital programs earlier than continuing to the monitor divisions of their selection.
