About the Programme
The Pan African Adolescent Girls’ Movement was launched to amplify the voices of African women and assist them overcome societal boundaries to growth. Since its inception, the initiative has established eight “nests” in six international locations: Ethiopia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, and Mozambique. With the aim of reaching 2.5 million women by 2026 and 10 million by 2030, this system focuses on management growth, self-actualization, and fostering social capital amongst adolescent women aged 10-24.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination and Program Support
- Manage program implementation throughout numerous international locations and areas
- Organize hybrid workshops, occasions, and coaching periods
- Liaise with individuals and native companions to make sure efficient engagement
- Maintain correct data and studies for all program actions
Communications Support
- Create social media content material and promotional supplies
- Manage communication channels and share impactful tales from individuals

Digital Learning Management System (LMS) Support

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s diploma in Social Sciences, Communications, Education, International Development, or a associated area
- At least 3 years of expertise in program coordination, youth growth, or digital studying administration
- Familiarity with adolescent empowerment, gender advocacy, and rights-based programming
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating hybrid occasions utilizing digital instruments like Zoom or Google Meet
