STEAM Innovations: Fully-Funded 8-Week Virtual Exchange Program for Students in Science, Tech & Arts

STEAM Innovations is an 8-week digital trade program designed for undergraduate college students in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math). This program connects individuals from Algeria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and the USA to foster a worldwide studying group. Designed to empower individuals with the instruments mandatory for navigating future STEAM careers, this program enhances cross-cultural understanding, important expertise, and a complete world outlook.

STEAM Innovations is carried out by World Learning and is supported by the J. Christopher Stevens Virtual Exchange Initiative (JCSVEI). JCSVEI is a U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs program administered by the Aspen Institute.

During the 8 weeks of this system you’ll have entry to:

• STEAM Discovery: Explore a wide range of STEAM disciplines and acquire hands-on expertise.
• Career Planning: Identify strengths and set formidable profession targets.
• Civic Engagement: Develop management expertise and positively influence the group.
• Entrepreneurship: Sharpen problem-solving and artistic pondering expertise; rework revolutionary concepts into sensible options.
• Collaborative Project: Work in groups to handle a worldwide problem.

Program Highlights:

• Flexible Schedule The program meets on-line tentatively on Fridays and Saturdays, with actions all through the week to accommodate your schedule. Participants are anticipated to commit 5-6 hours per week and be part of a weekly digital assembly.
• Global Network: Connect with undergraduate college students from Algeria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and the USA.
• Comprehensive Curriculum: Includes modules on STEAM, profession planning, civic engagement, and entrepreneurship.
• Expert Guidance Learn from professionals in STEAM fields and acquire hands-on expertise in UI/UX Design, Python Programming, 3D Modeling, and Electronics.
• Exhibit Cross-Cultural Awareness Acknowledge and respect the variations and similarities between cultures whereas collaborating with friends from varied backgrounds.

STEAM Innovations takes place from March 15 – May 15, 2025, with weekly workshops tentatively on Fridays and Saturdays (days topic to alter).
