Candidates should fulfill the following situations
- Maximum age of 30 years for male and 35 years for feminine candidates
- Undergraduate diploma from a acknowledged college, with at the least a second class higher division or its equal, in a related subject;
- Certified copies of related certificates, transcripts (from college and highschool)
