The National Maritime College of Ireland (NMCI), in partnership with the Marine Institute and the Government of Ireland’s Marine Research Programme, invites functions for the Cullen PhD Scholarship. About the Project

Cullen Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the next necessities:

  • Hold at least a 2H1 (second-class greater) classification or equal in a related self-discipline, OR possess a Master’s diploma in a associated subject.
  • Maritime background in operations or engineering.
  • Strong analytical, report-writing, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in peer-reviewed analysis publication and business engagement.
  • English proficiency (if English just isn’t the primary language):
    • IELTS Academic: Overall 6.0 (no band beneath 5.5)
    • PTE Academic: 51 (minimal 45 in every part)
    • TOEFL iBT: 80 (minimal 18 in every part)
    • Duolingo: Minimum rating of 100.
