Call for Applications: Action Learning Cycles 2025

Are you seeking to interact in a structured studying course of alongside a various group of inspiring changemakers? Our Action Learning Cycles (ALC) present a platform for funders, researchers, implementers, INGOs, and youth-led or youth-serving organizations to collectively strategize and overcome limitations throughout the Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (AYSRHR) sector.

Topics for This Year’s Action Learning Cycles:

• Sustainable Financing for Youth-Led Organizations: Explore methods to handle monetary challenges and develop sustainable funding fashions.
• Organizational Strengthening for Youth-Led Organizations: Build resilience and capability by way of strategic approaches to inside constructions, transition planning, and institutional development.
• Understanding the Intersection of Climate Change and Reproductive Health and Rights: Examine the hyperlinks between local weather change and reproductive well being, and discover collaborative options.

Participation Guidelines

• Regional Representation: The Action Learning Groups will prioritize equal and various regional illustration to foster balanced studying and collaboration.
• Institutional Representation: Designed primarily for institutional representatives, although people working to affect institutional practices are inspired to apply.
• Commitment Requirement: Participants should decide to the total 7-month Action Learning Cycle course of.
• Attendance Policy: Each group should designate two representatives, alternating attendance as wanted. Consistent participation is required—lacking three or extra periods will end in disqualification.

Application Process

We invite funders, researchers, implementers, INGOs, and youth-led organizations to apply and be a part of our Action Learning Groups. The application form will take roughly 30-40 minutes to finish.
