Join Aga Khan Foundation USA as a Global Learning Partner: Consultancy Role in Early Childhood Development Research

The Aga Khan Foundation USA (AKF USA) is looking for a Global Learning Partner to steer studying and proof technology for the Vroom Initiative, a multi-country Early Childhood Development (ECD) program throughout India, Pakistan, Kenya, and Zanzibar.

As the title suggests, Vroom goals to speed up efforts to assist kids succeed and thrive by supporting households and caregivers in underserved communities as they interact kids in wholesome early mind improvement actions.

Since AKF launched their implementation of Vroom in 2021 to speed up efforts to shut the training hole, the science-based collaborative programme has empowered caregivers and frontline ECD staff in India and Pakistan by offering them with contextually related instruments and assets that foster constructive on a regular basis moments for kids from delivery by 5 years previous. Role Details

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a studying agenda and analysis framework for the initiative.
• Lead baseline and affect research to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Facilitate cross-country information sharing amongst stakeholders.
• Develop actionable insights and information merchandise to help program scaling.

Who Should Apply?
